Artistic Academy does not practice discrimination on basis of sex, race, color, creed, religion, financial status, ethnic origin, residence or age.
student records
Student records and transcripts are provided upon written request from students over the age of 18, or if the student is under the legal age of 18, then written consent must also be received from the parent or legal guardian.
Student's personal documents shall not be posted or mentioned verbally in school. However, if a student is to receive Federal Student Aid, either a Pell Federal Government Grant, Family Education Loan, Direct Loan, he/she already waived all rights to the Federal government to inspect all examinations and documents held within the student's file at any time. Students have the right to see their file once every month during regular school hours upon written notice to the administrative office. Authorized personnel must be present while the student is reviewing his/her file. All student files will be maintained for five years.
Artistic Academy provides and permits access to students and other school records as required for any accreditation process initiated by the institution or by NACCAS, or in response to a directive of the commission.

All local laws and health requirements are rigidly followed.
The Academy does not operate housing facilities.

Artistic Academy is owned by Artistic Academy Inc.
financial status
Artistic Academy is fully bonded and financially able to fulfill its training commitments. The school carries adequate public liability.
license
Licensing is governed by the rules and regulations of the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling, Division of Consumer Affairs.
parking regulations
On-site parking is available in designated areas only. Parking will be at your own risk.
