If a student withdraws or terminates prior to completing the course, the student will be charged an additional fee of $150.00 for administrative costs.
Any refund due to the student will be paid within 30 days of written cancellation or termination.
If the school is permanently closed or no longer offering instruction, the student shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund of tuition.
If a student withdraws or is discontinued before completion of the course, the charge will be the cost of the student kit, equipment, tools, text books, instructional materials, taxes, in addition to tuition retained by the school.
The transcript or certificate of completion is to be held until all fees and charges have been met.
If a course is cancelled, subsequent to a student's enrollment: The school shall at its option:
- Provide a full refund of all monies paid, or
- Provide completion of the course
Any student absent for seven consecutive school days with no communication with the Academy will be terminated. The date of termination will be the students seventh day of absenteeism. Furthermore, an enrollment agreement will be terminated within 30 days of the last day of physical attendance regardless of prior communication.
Any student who does not return from his or her Leave of Absence will be terminated using the last date of leave as the termination date. Any student on an approved Leave of Absence who notifies the school that they will not be returning the withdrawal date will be the date the student notifies the institution.
